At Bear Mountain Pet Foods, we’re dedicated to delivering the highest quality, freshest food right to your door. We’ve fine-tuned our shipping process to ensure delivery of your pet’s food is in perfect condition every time.

Key Delivery Details

  • Frozen Product Minimum: To ensure your order remains frozen, we require a minimum of 15 pounds for all home deliveries. This allows us to pack your box efficiently with enough dry ice to withstand transit and arrive cold and safe for your pet.
  • Dry Ice is Always Included: Every single order is shipped with a carefully calculated amount of dry ice to keep it frozen. While the dry ice may evaporate during transit, your product will arrive cold and ready to be stored.
  • Safe Handling: As long as your food is cold to the touch, it is safe to feed to your pet or refreeze. For your safety, please handle any remaining dry ice with caution and proper tools.
  • Shipping Schedule: We process and ship orders Monday through Thursday to ensure they don’t get held up over the weekend. Most orders are processed within 3-4 business days. We currently deliver to California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, and Oregon.
  • Accurate Address Information: To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your address is complete and accurate, including any gate codes, apartment numbers, or special instructions.
  • Timely Delivery: We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. We recommend having someone available to receive the package and place it in the freezer as soon as it arrives.

If you ever have an issue with your order, please contact us within an hour of delivery. Our team will work quickly to investigate and resolve any concerns about potential spoilage. Your pet’s health and your satisfaction are our top priorities.
